Best investments for Self pampering

Best investments for Self pampering.

How often we keep on splurging on things we barely use or wear and forget to invest in such little things we reach out to every single day.

We need to upgrade the items we use in our daily life and routine time to time.

It also can be taken as a reason to treat yourself and splurge on something we use regularly.

Here are five basic things that I personally love to invest on to pamper myself and these small investments are definitely worth it.

1. Scented candles:

Whether you just want to calm yourself, put yourself yo sleep, use it for destressing or simply as home decor or need it for fresh fragrance!

Candles are truly multipurpose and definitely a sensible investment.

Sheet masks

Treating yourself to a nice candle is definitely worth it and I like to stock up candles from Bath and body Works whenever I visit US.

2. Essential oils:

It’s been almost 2 years that I have hopped onto the essential oil bandwagon.

In today’s world where we are living in constant anxiety and under stressful situations I switched on to lavender essential oil and a diffuser before I go to bed to calm me down and change my mood.

Aromatherapy

It is totally a game changer for me and other than lavender, I have also been using orange, jasmine oil & lemongrass.

You can get your oils from nykaa, Organix Mantra, Kama Ayurveda.

3. Face and eye masks:

Investing in your skin can never go out of fashion and it is worth every single penny.

Being a beauty blogger I can’t emphasise enough on treating your skin from an early age.

Skin care

Using sheet mask and Eye masks regularly will definitely make a huge difference to your skin.

And I like to stock up on some Eye masks too .

It’s difficult to get eight hours sleep every night and just to turn a sleepy day around a stash of eye masks is an absolute must have in my bed time skin care regimen.

My favourite sheetmasks are from the brand keihls, Innisfree and bodyshop.

4. Good water bottle:

Upping the water intake must always be on a top priority and one of the things that gets me motivated to drink more water is having a good water bottle with me all the time at home.

Self care

You need to ditch plastic bottles and invest in a good reusable bottle .

5. Hair tools:

We all love to have our hair blown out perfectly and for this we need the perfect hair tool, be it hairdryer, tongs or ironing machine.

Hair care

Investing in a good hairdryer or ironing machine is a game changer and keeps your hair sorted till the next hair wash.

So these basic 5 investment has not burn a hole in my pocket and has definitely helped me in self pampering.

Nurture yourself, and then proceed in taking care of others.

  2. I agree self-care is a must and taking care of self by drinking the right amount of water is a good way. I feel self-indulgence never need investments but yes if you want, why not.
If time permits do share your thoughts on one of my post where I touched the same intention.

  3. I was smiling while reading your post. Candles are my favourite too but essential oils and face packs I rarely buy. I make my own packs at home. God bless you….I am from old school so don’t mind 🙂 #wordsmithkaurreads #MyFriendAlexa #BlogChatter

  4. I recently stopped using Essential oils and scented candles as my doctor recommended not to use them for my respiratory issues, but you have actually complied a perfect list a girl especially mommies can think of, when it comes to self-pampering.
