Working woman is not a term any more.

All of us work and it is hard for some of us to leave the work at the office.

We are constantly dealing with 60 thoughts per minute ranging all from family, work to personal issues.

Of course there is no success without hard work and commitment. But this motto can be very little space and room to breathe.

I can’t stress enough the importance of unwinding yourself in between all the work and chaos as no work is worth losing yourself.

So scroll down as I share few easy ways to unwind and relaxing after a stressful day.

?? Change your clothes and thoughts:

As soon as you get home just get into your pajamas your safety blanket and try to feel relax and as comfortable as possible as this is the core for relaxing after a stressful day.

You’re close automatically have an impact on your brains and that’s why it is important to shed away your office clothes to feel that liberation and of course comfort.

This is the easiest way to release your inner carefree spirit.


?? What happens in office stays in office:

It is extremely important to strike a fine balance between personal life and work life.

Therefore it is essential to leave the office work in the office.

Your home is your relaxing place to unwind after a stressful day.

In short what we need to do is allow ourselves to be more than just your job title.

Once you are at home avoid attending all the work calls and checking emails constantly.

Also, if possible try to invest in a different work phone to make this task easier.

?? Family time:

Amidst all the workload we often tend to neglect our family and friends.

Hanging out with our family and loved ones is the perfect stress buster .

Also try to have at least one meal of the day along with your family and do not forget that you are the Queen of your own castle at home.


?? Pursue a hobby:

You can pursue any hobby or activity that makes you happy .

For me it is lighting a candle or using a sensual oils and coming sense like lavender, rose , chamomile sandalwood to treat my mood.

You can watch a movie, read a book of your choice, write a gratitude journal, go to the gym Or simply spend time with friends at a cafe.

Anything that makes you happy and diverted from your work can be considered as a perfect hobby for you to relieve your tension after a stressful day.


As most of us complain about dealing with a lot of stress due to workload in the office, I have shared some really simple tricks to avoid such unnecessary stress.


If you deal with anxiety during work just like I do I suggest a couple of tips which will help you deal with it over a period of time.

We need to learn to practice letting go I am not waste our thought and energy to undeserving occurrences.

Before dealing with stress for situations try to practice slow breathing and also try out a couple of relaxation techniques such as meditation.

Speaking more slowly than usual will also help you to avoid stressful situations and it will make you more in control of the situation.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day and eight nutritionist and small snacks every 2 to 3 hours.

Also mindfulness helps to combat the anxiety inducing fracture of negative thinking and there are several methods of increasing mindfulness.

It can be cognitive therapy mindfulness-based stress reduction meditation and yoga.


Also did breathing exercises can help activate your nervous system which happens to control the relaxation response.

A few lifestyle changes along with dietary changes can make a lot of difference for most of us.
