A perfect gateway if you need a break from the city life and craving to enjoy the company of blissful nature all around you…
Amidst the lush greenery and a picturesque landscape is this Khanvel Resort which is around 3.5 hours drive from Mumbai.
For me this was a perfect getaway for seeking a luxurious refuge from their daily life.
It is a huge 15 acre property is located in Silvassa, which is an absolutely stunning terrain that was Once a Portuguese colony and is home to the renowned Warli culture of India.
Rooms:
They have many options when to comes to room selection .
As I was visiting with my family, I chose a deluxe room which had a comfortable accommodation of 4 people with 2 queen sized beds.
The room had all the amenities required for a comfortable stay from the fridge to the locker for the safety of your valuables.
Food:
They serve all 3 meals and even evening tea and snacks in the hotel dinning area below the reception floor.
They serve a widespread variety of indian food also keeping in mind the jain preferences.
Amenities:
They have a lot of inhouse activities to keep you engaged throughout the day and also some activities which you can engage close to the hotel property.
Main attractions:
For me what stole the show is the huge pool area adjoining the dining area which allowed me to enjoy all the meals in the lap of nature and overlooking the pool and green lushes.
Other than that they also have a kids zone and special pool play area with water slides making it extremely fun filled for kids.

Business conferences:
This place is also ideal for business conferences away from the city .
Spa-
I spent my evening rejuvenating in the spa.
The hotel has a beautiful spa area and a experienced masseur.
I availed a foot and hand massage and it was so relaxing.
It was such a blissful experience.
Wedding destination:
If you are looking for a destination wedding you can definitely consider this resort.
A beautiful wedding, set against the backdrop of the lush and the hilly terrain of Silvassa, complete with all the opulence you always pictured for your big day.
Overall I had a great and comfortable stay.
I would definitely like to visit this place twice a thrice a year for the blissful experience as it is a perfect gateway away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
