  8. Those are some great tips. Drinking less water while eating and just after eating is something that very few people practise and it has a complete science behind it.

  9. I have a bit of weight around my waist and you can call it tummy weight. It all happened after delivery of my child and I was able to control to a lot of extent but muscles get loose and I tend to gain only around waist since then. I dont have high unrealistic expectations but I think these supplements will atleast keep my metabolism good and thereby help me in losing some extra weight.
