I am sharing below some easy ways to lose weight naturally by making some lifestyle changes.

🚫Avoid excessive eating or eating during indigestion.

🚫 Do not sleep immediately after your dinner keep a gap of at least 3 to 4 hours.

🚫 Avoid sedentary lifestyle and try to exercise regularly.

🚫 Avoid excess water intake during the meals and immediately after the meals. It is recommended to drink water before meals.

🚫 Avoid liquor carbonated drinks packaged fruit juices and processed foods.

🚫Avoid stressing by meditation and regular exercises as it makes you hungry and creative thing so sugar and fat rich food increases.
